Staff away day

- Travelling by car – please park in Alton Towers Hotel Car Park there are 2, either one is fine. You will be given a car park token to enable you to leave the park.
- Traveling by coach – the coach will drop off at the Alton Towers Hotel and then park in Car Park J.
- Please arrive no later than 9.45am, you are to arrive at the Alton Towers Hotel reception, you will then be directed to the Conference Centre.
- When you enter the Stateroom you will be given a ticket which will have a table and seat number, please make your way to your table and allocated seat.
- The BCTG Group Quiz – Prizes will not be given out on the day so you do not have to carry them around – these will be sent to you after the event.
- Lunch is a buffet consisting of a Salad Bar, Soup Station, Sir Algernon’s Indian Tour, Jacket Potato station and a selection of deserts.
- At 1.15pm you will be able to make your way to the theme park/gardens etc via the monorail by the Hotel.
- 4pm the coaches will depart – please make your way back prior via the monorail.
- Following the event we will be emailing an evaluation form which we would be grateful if you could complete.
- Line Managers I have sent this to ‘all users’, please ensure any new staff members are included. PTP and BCTG Skills please kindly distribute to your team members.
